The app started to show popup messages "we'd love to hear your feedback. Can you indicate why you stopped?" and lists multiple options to choose from... when I click on "X" and close the message, another one pops up "rate limit exceeded". If this continues, I will decrease the rating further.

After a recent update, the app simply stopped working on Graphene OS, a ROM that is more secure than stock Android. Blocking it in the name of security is not just wrong, it's insulting. The only result is that security-conscious users are forced into less secure workarounds. No warning, no communication. Rabobank should do better. Please revert that decision or loose customers.

Can't use it on my phone anymore? I get this message AGAIN saying it won't work on my phone anymore, and I need to update, when I try it says incompatible with my device, what I am supposed to do? I have the latest android version. This is ridiculous locking the costumers out of their accounts like this. What I need to buy a new phone now? Just for the banking app? It is ridiculous what you make us do, I lost all my Google credentials and now need to re log in with all just because of YOUR app.

Android 16, on Wi-Fi and 5g. Activation attempted both via driver's license & scanner. Not possible to activate the app after the smartphone's factory reset. After going through the activation steps activation completion successful and doesn't load anything. If I go back to the app there is a blank screen. If I exit all tabs and open the app it restarts the activation process which again ends in a blank screen. 4 tries, twice uninstalled and installed again, rebooted the phone. Unable to use.
