Good for the most part. There are a couple of bugs, namely one in the knowledge base comma where it doesn't appear to acknowledge the fact that you have read the tip and the badge does not accurately reflect (currently at 83% on reading through I have read 100%). Also seems to detect non-focus or harsh movement oddly at times. Phone is never used (sits in charger) and use android auto via car. Maybe that somehow counts?

Downloaded the app to keep an eye on family when they travel their regular 800 km round trips. But in less than 6 hours it has shown so inaccurate I'm about to uninstall it. Passenger on the only 2 trips logged, yet my driving score is poor. I haven't driven yet. On my phone - yes I'm the passenger. Harsh driving - we were going around a roundabout is the only thing I can assume. I was able to adjust the trips to 'not driver'but it didn't adjust the score.

Horrible experience with RAC altogether. They kept deducting insurance after they paid the settlement for a written off car.

Not sure what the purpose of the "accept" button is when next to each category for a trip the score is just two dashes "--". Also, I'm not sure how the app determines phone usage, I always have my phone away and some trips I get 100 but for one I got 67. 🤷‍♂️
