Good for the most part. There are a couple of bugs, namely one in the knowledge base comma where it doesn't appear to acknowledge the fact that you have read the tip and the badge does not accurately reflect (currently at 83% on reading through I have read 100%). Also seems to detect non-focus or harsh movement oddly at times. Phone is never used (sits in charger) and use android auto via car. Maybe that somehow counts?

Downloaded the app to keep an eye on family when they travel their regular 800 km round trips. But in less than 6 hours it has shown so inaccurate I'm about to uninstall it. Passenger on the only 2 trips logged, yet my driving score is poor. I haven't driven yet. On my phone - yes I'm the passenger. Harsh driving - we were going around a roundabout is the only thing I can assume. I was able to adjust the trips to 'not driver'but it didn't adjust the score.

Absolute rubbish I can't open the driver app, I even rang the RAC technician people, and they were going to look into it and get back to me on Thursday 20th April 2023 and of course no phone call I hope there roadside assistance is better, or I will not be renewing my membership next time.

Idea of it is fine, but it is running 24/7 and drains the battery. Also, it claims to know when you're a passenger or driver, but really it can't, can be on the bus, passenger in a car or on a train, and it will still log you as driving and give you a low score. You also can only remove your last trip meaning that if you catch a couple buses then a train it will log you as speeding or on your phone and lower your score... making the score system completely pointless. Good idea but currently flawed
