Excellent way to request a taxi in Playa del Carmen. Fairly easy to use. I don't like that it doesn't request the address, just a description which is not mandatory, so if you request it with an error in the location the taxi will never find you. If the taxi driver is early by a few minutes to what was agreed, he needs to wait until the time, so he can start driving. That should not happen.

It's fine that drivers can pick and choose which ride to take BUT just like trying to catch a taxi outside on rainy days forget about it...all drivers seem to have disappeared. You can't get a ride at all. Service price increase, but service doesn't get any better.

I too never received a verification code, in spite of trying THREE different times over two days. What is the point of allowing a US mobile number and not sending a verification code? I am disabled and can't walk very far, so being able to summon a cab is critical.
