It was easy to install and set up instructions are very clear. After I set my zones up I was able to use soaking feature that allows custom soaking periods within the desired total watering time for a specific zone. This works great for hill sides. When troubleshooting a specific zone I can stand in my yard and turn the zone on in off from my phone. I have encountered slow link uptimes, but not enough to go back to running back to the controller for a manual run.

This app has been a mess for years with connection issues. It does appear the latest update has fixed the connection issues. We'll see. I can't give 5 stars due to years of agrivation. Use 2.4 not 5.0

HORRIBLE! This may be the worst app I've ever used. Constant problems with failing to connect to controller and when it does connect it takes at least a minute for it to open the controller settings. DO NOT BUY a rain bird controller, absolutely useless!

I have Rachio for web sprinklers at other places and works 100%. This house has a rainbird, so I got the Wi-Fi gadget. First warning sign a 1.7 review on the app (should have checked first). This app makes me wait minutes before failing to do anything. Absolute fail.
