We have been using Razor Sync for about a year now. The learning curve for our guys was a challenge, but we have now worked out all the bugs. This system has helped us be more productive and keep track of service better than we ever did on paper. It was a great business decision, and we would recommend this system to any service company. We looked at and tried several other programs and im glad to say we picked Razor Sync. The system offers more than what we use it for, and it is only getting better.

Everything was working fine till the app updated now I have to wait 3 days
for the system to synchronize.

Been using this app for years. Used work just fine. The past 2 years, there are constant synchronizing issues. It will constantly tell you "there's too much data, so we changed your days to 7". Well my days are set to 3, so how will adding more days help with the synchronization? Everyone at my company uses this app and everyone has contacted tech support for help, but they never help us. We have over 70 locations that use this and all experience the same issues. Razor sync doesn't care though.

This app constantly has problems! Just syncs and syncs! Have to constantly delete and reinstall to get techs to see their jobs. Looking for a better software! Been using this app for 3 years. Not impressed 😕
