After shifting to RBL my bank app unable b to log in with credit card. Sent written complaints to customer service but no resolution provided. Now considering closing all my accounts with this bank.

Don't apply for an RBL credit card they have applied for unnecessary charges and the executive call to customer talk to you in a harsh way and provide wrong commitment if I paid bill payment on same day charges will not be applicable, but they charge me of rupees 2897 deferred finance charges+ finance charges, so I have bad experience with RBL credit card
