Worst experience not working properly after verification of mobile number it is directing to the new RBL Bank app and the bank app is also not working properly

Last year I blocked my credit card after lots of struggle to connect with customer care and IVR call, now received a statement with annual charges, again tried a lot to block my credit card. But after lots of arguments with customer care they provided me the email ID. I drafted an email to block, after that I received the call from a 3rd party vendor then I was able to block my credit card. There are no easy steps in the app to out from these types of services. FRAUD BANK

Don't take RBL credit card. In problems if you dely payment for one day every 10 seconds some or other call you continuously, and they make your life miserable.if you beg and Request for one day time also they keep on call you continuously with different numbers and different people
