Doctor Lee Was my surgeon place my and we had a full knee replacement. I felt so privileged To be under not only his care but his At every point of contact during my hospital stay I was met with smiles people coming out of the elevator kindness and the security department and all the points of touch while I was Being treated At Reid hospital. I love the idea and appreciated the info at the start. However, I kept getting messages to log in, only to get another one saying the app cannot be opened due to a bug. Other times the app just will not open.

The app changes to Spanish and I fo speak or read Spanish. The videos work in Spanish but when I finally got to English the videos do not work. So far the help support doesn't speak English any better than the app. If there were a 0 I would have given it a 0.

It is awful. Period. My doctor wants to check on my progress. I answer the questions and cannot submit them. It is important that this information gets to my doctor...but this simply does not work. This is not an acceptable way for my doctor to give me advice or moniter my progress. A simple phone call would be so much better.

My surgery was changed and delayed one month. This app was incapable of updating and is still a month in advance of what the question should be asked of me. Otherwise, I believe that serves a great purpose.
