Helpful for Res. Service Works on my Galaxy S6 and Ipad. Nice to be able to see superseded parts for older furnaces. Also, able to see any previous warranty claims.

Worked great when first downloaded, now doesn't. I work for a supplier and tried scanning bar codes, searching for parts, and looking for other suppliers within 100 miles and found at least two short. Fix please.

Works sometimes but most of the time I get "Error Occurred while fetching response from server. Please try again later!" Seems to affect some units but not others. Scanned 2 systems sitting next to each other. One pulls up just fine but the other will return the error message.
