Helpful for Res. Service Works on my Galaxy S6 and Ipad. Nice to be able to see superseded parts for older furnaces. Also, able to see any previous warranty claims.

Garbage Can't find systems in database (neither mod # nor Ser# work) with multiple Carrier units. That's when the stupid app isn't crashing.

I want to like this app but around 50% of the time it doesn't recognize the model/serial and when it does, it says no parts available. Very odd.
