Would be nice to be able to select go on rest after a shift. Since I do 2 shifts a week, and they try and call me during my shift or right after

Not user-friendly, no "back" button if you enter a step by mistake, too sensitive to movement of your device, does not recognize acknowledgement of a trip update...it needs an update by someone who actually uses the app.

Constantly messes up, changes wait and assists, logs out randomly and deletes shifts and trips before finished. Lost a lot of time and money with this app.

App has problems. Once you arrive at pickup and at the wrong area, it can not be reprogrammed along a stop at the tracks you have to put in an address to the nearest landmark and from there it's guess work. Then, with just wind blowing, it assumes that you are moving then wants you to input a waiting event when your already waiting on crew. Not a fan of the app. Needs update to be a little more user-friendly.
