Got it for the highlight backup... wow daily review and web highlight/reader... just so much functionality that always works. Dunno if I'd pay with the non-legacy pricing though :/ twice the money for being able to take notes is wild

I love the quote photo feature, but after I save it it gets added to a random folder in my phone. Can you please add the ability to choose where those photos get saved? Or add a readwise folder? I would like to be able to open up a folder and see all of my saved quote photos. Constant updates and features added. Great price for the subscription. A valuable service.

The most annoying onboarding flow I've seen in a while. Where is the Google account integration that Read wise has in the Web version? Why do I have to specify books for supplemental highlights? Just let me use the damn app!

I really wanted to love this app (and Reader) but good luck reading even basic Wikipedia articles in Reader. It'll display a couple paragraphs and no images. Forget about more complex pages. Even if you report parsing issues for a page they still don't fix it weeks later. College CS students could fix these in a day. Every web page you try to read in Reader you need to consistently check the original page to know if you're missing anything. I really wanted to love this, but it's unusable.

Very annoying sign up experience - forcing me to add books with no explanation, and none of the books I wanted to add were even available?

Be aware with exports. I like the app as a point product. However if you sync to a third party: if you pause your subscription, on reactivation all pages are reset 🤦♀️ this reset causes duplicates in your destination 😳 Clearly sync is stopped if the account is paused, however page IDs should persist. After months of explaining its clear they don't understand the issue they are causing
