Beautiful app easy to use, customer service is great, layer swap is slow but certain the card is beautiful and travels anywhere, I would like to see the pnl of my tokens instead of having to open the page of the token, besides that this is probably the best solution I found and God knows I tried all apps possible. Earnings are higher in ready wallet but in ready app fees are sponsored so yeah, that's awesome, looking forward to order the metal card

They just decided to cancel all my cards for a reason that has nothing to do with me or my account with a heads-up of 1h not 24h not a few days. Out of the blue stopped all cards and my funds are still stuck in the app with no clear way to transfer out my funds. Extremely disappointed. Update: thank you for the reply, I will change my review as soon as this is resolved. I was able to transfer out my funds, it was not too complicated.

Overall, app is good with clean and nice UI. Card topup, card spending etc. are also good with Ready cards. But main probem is that the refund don't arrives in our wallet balance directly and late refund arrivals also.

I am facing a serious issue with my Ready account. I am unable to access the mobile app. When I request the verification code, the app asks me to enter the code, but the SMS code never arrives. Because of this, I cannot log in or activate my virtual card. I currently have around $6 in my account/card balance, but I am unable to access or use my funds. I have already contacted support, but the issue is still not resolved. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, as it is very frustrating not be

These people neither approve the card nor approve the bank account. So no one should create an account with them, and after verification, they don’t even reply. Their only purpose is to collect documents.

When it says "transaction fee sponsored by ready" they mean that you are paying it, but they hide it in the transaction, even as a metal card user.

Although the app is well-designed and easy to use, I encountered too many problems: changes to the benefits during my premium subscription, the inability to properly fund my wallet, and the vague, unhelpful and inaccurate responses from (mostly automated) support. Ultimately, the promise wasn't kept, it cost me more money than it gained, and was also a waste of time. Disappointing, especially since better, free options exist. Really feels like a money grab.
