It's been frustrating recently with properties getting stuck on 20-25% uploading (I have now found that logging out, closing the app, and logging in continues the upload, but it would be good if you could retry within the app.) Also being unable to switch between lenses when taking photos and the preview showing 16:9 takes a wider 4:3 photo.

This app does not work on all mobile phone devises. It glitches in Android phones and the photos don't work on Apple iPhone 11, which I find out After purchasing a brand new one purely for the purpose of using this app. Console are also unwilling to fix it in a reasonable time frame and are also not willing to compensate for the app while it does not work correctly. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

Frequently experiencing reports not syncing which is become quite frustrating. I am an Android user, so not sure if this is a contributing factor.

Please fix the upload issue. I have 5 inspections that cannot be uploaded, and it keeps saying retry. And slows down my new inspection uploads to the cloud. Please fix it. It's slowing down my work and adding extra steps.
