Less than one star. Read the fine print. They sell your clients info to third parties and send them spam email and sales calls. Thank god we didn't lose our relationship with some of our busiest agents but it was close.

Not worth it I wanted this to work, but with my DROID razr m it just was too complicated. I'd rather take the pictures and submit it later. Trying to enter everything in on my phone wasn't even worth it.

Has yet to work properly no help from reps I have continual problems with not being able to add appliances and take pics at my inspections. Constantly freezes and even if I wait until I am back at the office I can't get the appt to finalize. These are the ONLY responses I have received from recall chek when I call for help "uninstall and reinstall app" which I have done multiple times and my favorite from the IT guy..."I have it installed on a droid and it works fine for me". Horrible app that unfortunately I am forced to use.
