The app hasn't worked for me to complete even 1 delivery from start to finish. It logs me out of my shifts prematurely. It's hard to know what to expect with it from shift to shift and version to version as version notes don't have details.

The app is terrible. Not clear when a wait, to continue use, is needed. Scanning feature does not seem to work properly. It scans one item for delivery then goes in continuous circle mode without allowing additional scan even if it requires more scanning. When I start over as directions indicate I can't get past the one previous item I have scanned. I am absolutely app/computer stupid, and can mess this app up in a heartbeat. All this app does is frustrate me.

I have a "user-friendly" experience only about half the time. Most frustrating to me is that there is no way to go back if you go past the scan screen. This means extra time for me and my shift supervisor. There should also be a way to change the order of delivery stops.
