With one of the last updates I am not able to use my own SIM card anymore. It looks like I am forced to use a subscription service, which is overpriced for a simple GPS tracking. This is not how this feature was announced in the Indigo go campaign, and I am considering legal actions to get that fixed.

7hrs of reinstallation, updates, charging, uninstalling, reinstalling and still it doesn't work.

Very poor. I am unable yo pair my bike with the app. Customer service was TERRIBLE to get ahold of when my bike never arrived, so I can imagine I won't get a response on this either.
