Love the app and the concept behind it. I've ordered a few suprise bags already and have been very happy with what I have received as well as the fact that the food is not going to waste, it's such good value. Since the latest update I've had no more problems with payment which makes ordering a breeze.

What a rip-off. I made an order with the last R50 in my bank account for bread to last the whole week. However, I was not able to collect it myself at SPAR, I the link to a friend to pick it up, because on the app thay say you can share the link. APPARENTLY manager was very rude and said thay can't help him because he didn't have the app on his phone. So pick up was mist. I asked on app help line for refund and went to the store for assistance 😑. MONEY LOST NOTHING TO EAT. 😭

When I first started using this app I could access any area if I disabled my location which then allowed me to purchase bags for someone else ie my mother and daughter. I can not do it anymore because it defaults to Gauteng and I live in the Western Cape

I was one minute late to pick up my order and couldn't get my order even though it was on the counter ready for me. I can't get a refund either. Just donated money and petrol to Refresh. I will be uninstalling the app after this review. No, thank you.
