Comments on Rehearsal Assistant/VoiceRecrd for Android

★★★★★ Great with one problem This is the best voice recorder I have used by a long shot. My only complaint is that it is granted one permission which is not disclosed. "Read phone state and identity". At first this seemed scary until I looked it up. It's obviously there to prevent it from interfering with phone calls, but the "and identity"part is still cause for alarm in some cases. I would point out though that it is an "all our none" permission. Still, I wouldn't have had a panic attack at all if this permission were disclosed.

★★★★★ Great app you bust out and record on for some accoustic jams. Recording quality and playback is phenomenal (once you turn .wav recording on.

★★★★★ Works fine, intuitive, DroidX. I gave 4 stars vs 5 because I would like to see a quick backspace feature added. If I'm learning lines, I may want to jump back a little, doing so with the slider is awkward. An A-B repeat feature would also be a great enhancement, maybe on a Pro version. I'd pay a reasonable fee for it.

★★☆☆☆ Do not trust this app I just got burned for the last time with this. Recording fails frequently. Calls can stop it so I even put the phone in airplane mode, which worked before but still, just lost an important recording.

★★☆☆☆ Much worse than default voice recorder Im using galaxy note and this app is much worse than the default recorder. Cant hear anything if used for recording lecture or seminar.

★★☆☆☆ Can't access settings Used this app fine before but now that I've upgraded to the s7 it won't let me access the menu settings. Is there something I can do or do you guys have a fix for this?

★★☆☆☆ It cuts up the recordings into useless shreds! The older versions were fine, this is GARBAGE!!! I record a 5 minute song and it ends up being a 3 1/2 minute song where every 15 seconds or so it completely skips to a later part in the song. I'm looking for a replacement for this program now!
