It's so very relaxing and enjoyable and helps very relaxed my body to where I'm able to ease my pains away and on my difficult night to sleep I'm able to sleep because of all the pain medical problems I have it's normally very hard to sleep, and I get woke up from it put by using this app I'm able to get comfortable and have a beautiful sleep
