This review is based on the previous one quoted below with 1star rating: I noticed there's an update for the app and updated. It worked. Thanks. While using it, I couldn't achieve my aim: to retrieve a payment receipt made by a colleague on 23 May 2023. I logged in trusting that to mean more security as it's not my receipt. The 'receipt' button did not work. I have to log out and do that as a guest using a browser. "BVN activation's "too many attempts try again later" is ... Please help fix..."

The app keeps rejecting my BVN during account activation, even though my BVN details and names are correct and match my bank records. I completed all other requirements successfully. This appears to be an issue with the app’s verification system. Please fix this urgently.

I made a payment on remita, and I've been trying to get send the receipt to my other Gmail account because I lost my former Gmail but is only writing successful on your app and I haven't received the receipt
