Worst broker I have ever come across, pathetic service, out of all the brokers in India, I ranked Renew buy the last one. No customer support, No RM support, No claim supports. You should sell your entire portfolio to some other broker. Say NO to Renew buy.

Rb partner sa acha hai kici insurance company ka direct portal join kijya rb Malay koi bhi technical help nahi kar pya ga ya sirf policy sale krtay hai fir kuch problem hona per customer aap ko hi blam raga or ya (Sanu ji) hai jo head hai Moradabad main unko HUD hi policy bani nahi ati fir policy k liya direct company sa hi contact karna hoga rb partner valy aap k sath email kartay raha ga direct company sa contact kro or direct kam kro tension nahi hogi

Worst experience, two time insurance payment but confirm one time, ihave already complaint but no response properly, both bank said payment successful, Sir, payment debit two time from hdfc credit card 1979 and indusind credit card 8154,both bank said payment confirm on merchants account, two time payment debit, but confirm one time, I have only single insurance payment, please refund. One payment of rs 2494,debit on 6/6/2026,see attached file bank statements, worst service, no response, no customer Care
