Rent a center has Always been there when I needed Them. If I must rent something I only do it from here. The managers and also the Salesmen and woman are always super nice !! If you need help with anything they are always willing to work out something and find what you need.

I have had two rental agreements with this store and did not have any problems at all. The rental merchandise was top of the line, name brand items!! All are still working great 👍🏾 The same as cash option worked very well for me!! Thanks RAC

I'm giving them one star because they are crooks for not giving you more options to buy at 0% apr or let it gently rise until you have to pay the full price instead of it going from 6 months same as cash to 30% + cost of original price. I have to pay my TV off within 6 months or get ripped off legally. Society benefits from the poor.

The employees at the N. Church Street store in Burlington, NC are the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with. I have gotten several things from Rent a Center in the past and never had an experience like I have with this store. The customer service aspect is non-existent at this location. If I could give negative stars I would. Also, they kept changing my due date. I was supposed to be set up for weekly payments on Saturday. I don't know who or how it got changed, but it was changed.

Had issues with washer was out for 4 months then given loaner which was a piece of junk but then was given brand-new set.......now dealing same issue but with portable dishwasher not a word from them at all.....take way too long to get my washer fixed still waiting to get my washer back
