You know I would tell y'all, why I gave a 1 start, but there's not enough words I can put down from the amount of disrespect I had to deal with. Human need to learn y'all ain't God or some higher being in anyway and one day y'all species will die out. For people who look to get something sure go to rent a center, but the way they treat people when it comes to trying to make payments is disgusting, rude and unprofessional. I will never buy anything from y'all again.

Ive been paying for my washer and dryer since December 2024 this is now July 2026, and I still owe 1400.00 yet im a gold customer .they havebadcustomersvc for us long tyme people ive Bught thousand of dollars worth of stuff and this how they do me .they text me to pay every two weeks without a doubt I jus pay now my washer is broken now going on 2wks.they like I pay no come pick it up imdone I Wil not buy any more from them.SAD BUT TRU...EVAN MY COUCHES THEY TOOK BACK WAS STAINED I PAYED $

This app keeps crashing, and they refuse to fix it, do not believe what they say online because they're being dishonest about everything. I personally have called the store requesting an item they have on the website, and they told me that they are no longer offering electronics. FOR WHICH IS A BARE FACE LIE !! I mean does the store manager just sit back and allow the employees to make the decisions and make it where they lose customers? OR DOES RAC REALLY CARE ?
