Everything has been working great for me. I'm glad I'm not having any of these issues like everyone is saying. It all takes some getting used to, but that should be expected with learning something new. I'm small business repair shop doing mainly small engine repair and some automotive repair. In the past month I've entered in over $3000 worth of parts into inventory over 50 customers, repair tickets and invoices with customer portals. Everything's been working great. Thank you!

The Android version of the app doesn't seem to have the ability to create new tickets on the ticket page. (You need to go to the customer page first). I've tried the iOS version, and it does have that ability. Would be great to have the ability to view the calendar on the app too. And take signatures on tickets. I know it's possible to take signatures on tickets on the mobile version of the website. At the moment I need to use the mobile site for signatures and the app for timers and updating. Otherwise, it's a good app, and I look forward to updates and changing my rating to 5 stars.

Repressor platform is great. Needs work though, especially with notifications. Please add more info to notifications and enable them to take you directly the right place when you tap on them :)

I use this app all day during the week and have numerous problems with it causing me to have to close the app and troll it again to find my tickets. I have 2 phones of different brands and both have the same problems.

Will not let you log in anymore. Ever since Troy sold this company service has been terrible. Quick books will not sync, nobody answers emails, and now the mobile app no longer works.

Horrible app, limited features, crashes constantly. Can't even open contacts to get a phone number! For as much as repressor costs this app should be nothing less than 100%. I've reinstalled, cleared the cache, cleared the data... same result.

Incredibly limited in functionality. Now, after latest OS update just crashes, constantly. Update the app, this is a disgrace.
