The notification for tickets is awesome. But when I try to open that notification, it doesn't take me directly to that ticket. Minor inconvenience, but it's a big one.

Much improved. Everything so far is loading quickly and most of my needs are being met. The only thing left for me is Splash top functionality. Old: Can't view appointments anymore. Kinda worthless without that. Nothing loads. It just sits there spinning. 4/27/21: Still nothing loads. 6/14/21: Still nothing loads

SyncroMSP as a whole is the new kid on the block, but these kids are prodigious geniuses. Their new feature and bug fix schedule is second to none, and the app has come along way. It's still not quite there yet, but as a whole the app deserves a much higher rating than the 3.1 it has as of the time of this review.

Won't load tickets half the time. Notifications will drop you in an entirely different ticket. Can't filter out resolved tickets. And don't dare try to contact customer support. You'll be luckier to find the fountain of youth than have synchro respond and help you within a week.

Still low functioning. Will change my review if some basics are added. Need to know who entered a ticket, need to have remote working like all other competitors in this sector. Have to use mobile browser for real functionality.

Completely unusable... Spins, times out, spins some more, log in, spin, spin, log in again, ugh. Just awful.
