The notification for tickets is awesome. But when I try to open that notification, it doesn't take me directly to that ticket. Minor inconvenience, but it's a big one.

SyncroMSP as a whole is the new kid on the block, but these kids are prodigious geniuses. Their new feature and bug fix schedule is second to none, and the app has come along way. It's still not quite there yet, but as a whole the app deserves a much higher rating than the 3.1 it has as of the time of this review.

Much improved. Everything so far is loading quickly and most of my needs are being met. The only thing left for me is Splash top functionality. Old: Can't view appointments anymore. Kinda worthless without that. Nothing loads. It just sits there spinning. 4/27/21: Still nothing loads. 6/14/21: Still nothing loads

Well overall stay away from Synchro and spend your money elsewhere. . Regarding the app really sup ricing how poor it is, slow, not intuitive, cant edit all tickets otions....like some kind of early testing beta free app... their sales team is probably bigger than the actually team behind runing maintaining/improving their product itself

Poor experience. Limited capabilities. I feel like they don't even pay attention to the mobile experience. At least have the website operate nicely on mobile if you're going to neglect the mobile app. It doesn't even work well enough to interact with tickets.

Love Synchro, but this app is a hot mess. Really only use it for the push notifications and nothing else. Ticket screen has to constantly refresh, data is inconsistent at best, and responding to tickets is not intuitive. Also, no dark mode??
