The app is good except for tracking the trash truck! I tried it today, and it doesn't update where he truly is on the route so a lot of good that does! As far as the trash service goes, it's mostly reliable and lesser than Borden for sure! 😁👍

I don't see how there are so many complaints about paying. I saw them and got worried something changed. I opened the app and "Make a Payment" was right there. Submitted my info, and everything went through just fine.

Impossible to pay bill using the app. It throws errors every time you try. Though this seems to be the case with their website as well. It's like they don't want you to pay them at all.

Terrible from app to actual company. They cancelled my account and tried to make me pay the reactivation fee. Absolutely tf not. The app didn't let you make payments, either. Garbage all around. Pick a different company.

I can never make a payment online. I have to ALWAYS call customer service to make my payments. What is the point of the app if you can't make payments? Also, they don't pick up big trash unless you make an appointment, and they CHARGE you for it. They used to just automatically pick it up on certain days, once a month. And it used to be included in your bill.
