It was a little bit of a hassle to make payments online through the app, Because of their $1.99 convenience fee. Who is this convenient for? Not me. Anyway, so if you delete your previous saved cards in payment method section, when you go to pay the current invoice, you will finally see the option to have it done through your bank account. Rather than making it simple to find, you have to go through 9 hoops just to get the bank option to appear... make this less complicated for users please.

Customer service has been awesome so far and service is excellent, except for one little issue, the configuration they leave my cans in after emptied is somewhat comical. It's like Ray Charles is at the controls sometimes. Still going to give good reviews.

In 6 months my bill went up $40. I only have trash service and not had and bulk pick-ups. Will be looking for another trash company.

Payment has been on auto payment but yet they somehow missed payments and send me to collections and then try to charge me a fee I do not understand your company not only have you raised the price of cost everyone, so you can make it convenient for your drivers not to have to get out of the vehicle that's fine but when a payment is on auto payment and your system does not pick it up that is your website problem that is a problem I do not appreciate getting collection bills

Communication sucks & have skipped pickup. Changed service dates so paid for 12 pickup dates but only got 11!
