I like to talk to live agent. Was not around for 139 days. Thought was on auto-pay. Not able to get real person to get my trash can back and get bill on auto-pay to make sure this does not happen again

Simplicity is nice. Don't understand 'pop-up' "save $8.50 by using direct...blah blah blah". We should not be charged an additional $8.50 for any reason especially regarding bill payment. We do love your phone staff! Great customer service. Feels like WM is connected well to our community, and we appreciate that!!

Website sucks they also signed me up for the wrong service, and I'm getting extra charge monthly, and you can't find a way to even contact them through your app.

Always missing service and always increasing the bill amount. They will lower your bill if you call but continually increase your bill until you call. Who does business like that?

Always Late!! And also make sure you don't forget to pay them, but they'll forget you on trash day or whenever "THEY" decide to pick up your trash!! That's a norm. Don't try to plan anything!!! I'll be looking for a more cist effective and "regular" pickup service provider!! This company is having some kind of issues.
