I like to talk to live agent. Was not around for 139 days. Thought was on auto-pay. Not able to get real person to get my trash can back and get bill on auto-pay to make sure this does not happen again

Simplicity is nice. Don't understand 'pop-up' "save $8.50 by using direct...blah blah blah". We should not be charged an additional $8.50 for any reason especially regarding bill payment. We do love your phone staff! Great customer service. Feels like WM is connected well to our community, and we appreciate that!!

Pickup for recycling has been constantly rescheduled and is inconsistent. I am paying for a service where some weeks are being skipped. I have the bins out in plenty of time. This has been going on for months now.

Website sucks they also signed me up for the wrong service, and I'm getting extra charge monthly, and you can't find a way to even contact them through your app.
