Text code has not worked from download. Phone code often just says incorrect, if it takes it sends me right back to get code page instead of logging in. If I do get to home page can only pay my bill, trying to view previous statements, etc. just causes the get code relooking issue. I was hoping it was just a newer app and bugs being worked out. See that it has actually been out for a while, so guess I'll just abandon the hope of improvements

App and company are total garbage! Internet service keeps going out and when you need to talk to someone through the app for technical support, the chat button is totally useless, does not work at all!

100% useless. They won't let anyone create an account online. And their service is horrendous. The worst compared to others. If I could make the decision over again about choosing a service provider, Armstrong would be last on my list.
