How refreshing to do business with a company who TRULY values their customers, AND their employees as INTELLIGENT HUMANS who can communicate directly and use our God given abilities to solve issues, problems, etc. without "civilizing" us to conform to a few categories and cookbook scenarios! Text code has not worked from download. Phone code often just says incorrect, if it takes it sends me right back to get code page instead of logging in. If I do get to home page can only pay my bill, trying to view previous statements, etc. just causes the get code relooking issue. I was hoping it was just a newer app and bugs being worked out. See that it has actually been out for a while, so guess I'll just abandon the hope of improvements

An Internet company having such an AWFUL App and website is actually hilarious. Updated the App, so I could log on and pay my bill. Well apparently my password that has worked forever no longer works. Ok..... So I go to change it, and they say my username or email can't be found. Sweet. Guess if I no longer exist in their system and can't log in to pay my bill then I don't owe them any money, or they aren't interested in getting paid. Sounds good to me

100% useless. They won't let anyone create an account online. And their service is horrendous. The worst compared to others. If I could make the decision over again about choosing a service provider, Armstrong would be last on my list.
