How refreshing to do business with a company who TRULY values their customers, AND their employees as INTELLIGENT HUMANS who can communicate directly and use our God given abilities to solve issues, problems, etc. without "civilizing" us to conform to a few categories and cookbook scenarios! App and company are total garbage! Internet service keeps going out and when you need to talk to someone through the app for technical support, the chat button is totally useless, does not work at all!

Text code has not worked from download. Phone code often just says incorrect, if it takes it sends me right back to get code page instead of logging in. If I do get to home page can only pay my bill, trying to view previous statements, etc. just causes the get code relooking issue. I was hoping it was just a newer app and bugs being worked out. See that it has actually been out for a while, so guess I'll just abandon the hope of improvements

Would be great if the internet wouldn't go out every other week or cable without telling us first like what could cause it to go out every other week. I'm paying for service not a brake in service then Armstrong expects a regular payment!
