The company has the worst customer service. I had nothing but issues from day one! I couldn't get anything delivered to me when I was supposed to and then trying to figure out what was going on was like some mystery. There is no communication between employees in the system and they just kind of say sorry oh well. Then ask if you want to add services. Go buy your own dispenser and get water at a grocery store for way cheaper, or local water place. Hint the watermill places are just tap.

Signed up for service 7/3. First shipment was supposed to arrive 7/13. It was 3 days late!! I am on a monthly subscription and was just charged again 7/23 for a shipment! I haven't even used a whole bottle from the 1st shipment yet! If I'm monthly, why are they charging me again 2 weeks later? Highly unimpressed with this company! Review update: 2nd charge was removed. The app said I could make changes to the order by 6pm 7/24, so I canceled the shipment 7/23. Not deleting review but updated it
