I haven't gotten a delivery in a month because they messed up my credit card in the transition to their new system and didn't bother to call, email, or send a letter to let me know. So I ran out of water, and they couldn't get there for a week. I reached out to the email provided and their response made it clear they don't have any plans on fixing any of the issues with their new system or doing anything but jacking up the price while cutting back on service.

Site was not easily accessible to revise order, order was grayed out without the option to change my delivery, very frustrating as I am trying to catch up on returning bottles of empty water containers, and I have adjusted my order to only 1 bottle delivery yet your company continues to deliver 8 bottles at a time. I seriously thinking of cancellation if this isn't rectified immediately. The only way around this was to place a separate order for one bottle to be delivered in order to return.
