It doesn't work. It takes an extremely long time to even log in, if it logs in at all. Then it doesn't work. I am going to look for another water service. I can't even get help with my issue, even when I call, she transferred me to a department that was closed. This is my first delivery and my experience has been horrible. I would look for a different delivery service if I were anyone trying to use this app or their website regularly. Neither work and are slower than the early 1990s.

You have to watch them because they will change the date, so you have to check the app every week. Then they will try to schedule another delivery the month after you get your delivery. Horrible service
