There's always an issue with the app. My information has been cleared off many times and customer service blames you for everything. As someone who used to work for the company, this needs to be resolved and you guys need to be held accountable. I never had any issues when Primo had their own app. Ready refresh has always and will always be an issue. I left Ready refresh already a couple of times already because of these same issues, and they also kept increasing my amount every delivery.

App always been slow opening any task, this last update it got even worse, now does not open anything, takes over a minute to pass the login page, please fix

This app is absolutely TERRIBLE. Nine out of ten login attempts fail, and when I finally get in, everything is painfully slow and glitchy. Buttons are unresponsive, screens freeze, and then suddenly cycle through multiple pages at once. Even PAYING MY BILL is a nightmare! I constantly get error messages and have to try again the next day. It's beyond frustrating that something, so basic is this difficult. I'm genuinely considering canceling my entire water delivery service because of this app.
