As someone who's has to deal with shoddy technology on a daily basis. Tha app is functional but not perfect. Definitely still needs work.

Emails you with a login number to verify your account, but logs you out if you switch to your email to retrieve the number.

When Using the App to verify BILT and having to check your Email for code just to come back to the app for it to have logged you out or backed out of verification. Creating an endless verify loop. So far just one of the things that makes the app unusable. (also the UI-User Interface is simple and mostly work's but this app feels like it was built using Artificial Intelligence as certain aspects of the app feel a bit off)

Inconvenient, a waste of time and space, doesn't allow you to pay through your bank account and will make you pay a higher fee for using a card than the last service my complex used. It also required me to create three separate accounts to just attempt to connect my bank account to pay. Are the points supposed to incentivize payment? Is that why they offer rewards? Or is there another form of income gained through requiring this superfluous addition that enables them to offer "rewards"?
