Great to take to the gym or use at home. Provides some structure to your workouts and avoids repetition of the same workout over and over. My body shape change has progressed at a quicker rate than before I was using the app. Gives detailed examples of the exercises in short video sequences, not just pictures, running through them and showing you correct form when using the workouts. Great app for the price. 1000000% happy with my purchase

Beware of the subscription. ONLY syncs with Google account. ONLY accommodates customer service email through Google account. Customer service emailed me back after 11 days. WOW. Maybe hire more people if you're thay backed up with emails? They said they canceled my subscription, but guess what? I got billed 3 days after the unsubscribed email. I'm not a happy customer at all. IDK what's their problem behind the scenes, but CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

Do not sign up!!! 7 - day trial is a scam!!! I cancelled a day after I signed up and got charged anyway. Customer service does not respond!!! They just take your money!!
