★★★★★ Easy to use and very useful. However, generates delivery codes too quickly, if you click the generate button too quickly when creating a delivery code, it generates multiple which results in redundant codes being created. If there was a slight delay I think it would prevent this issue

★★★★★ Overall very good app besides the last 3 days when it has not been functioning at all and codes cannot be generated. Issues arise I understand, but frustration comes from how long it has taken to resolve, not impressed with that. I will restore deserved high rating once app is functional again but yet another day of not working. Problem resolved and is back to being a smooth running 5-star application

★★☆☆☆ Had problems with this app 2 weeks ago could not send pre-dated codes now suddenly we cannot send any codes. Still waiting for that call you promised. We only get pop up screen saying EXCEPTION-unable to create booking. VERY ANNOYING AS THIS IS OUR ONLY WAY TO ALLOW VISITORS OR DELIVERIES

★★☆☆☆ The app was working fine, and now it wants me to register again. When l do try to register it tells me my number is not listed. I mean l still stay in the complex and now l can't generate a code. This is such an inconvenience. Really annoyed and disappointed.

★★☆☆☆ I updated the app and was only able to invite a contact once that was yesterday 26703/2020, now this morning for an exit, there wasn't an option to invite. I reinstall and Uninstalled it from one device to the other, no Joy So frustrating 😤 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤. I had to go to the gate
