Restaurant Connection is a reliable service that I use frequently. However, their app leaves a lot to be desired. Their competitors use Google Maps and GPS tracking. RC only has a step-by-step status check.

Santa Barbara would be better off with no app at all than Restaurant Connection. I say this not just because of the buggy outdated interface but because frequently orders are placed and 1+ hour later you find out that the order cannot be completed. Do not even bother with this service

Restaurant Connection's app AND service are the WORST! Not only is the app unusable, but Restaurant Connection's dispatch service called me to beg for a tip. Argh! Though I always put in the order notes' Cash Tip Upon Delivery,' they called and told me that I have to include a tip in the total, because "their drivers can't accept cash." Well, their drivers have always gladly accepted tips, not once saying that they can't. I think Restaurant Connection are a bunch of greedy jerks.
