Description
No dragons. No monsters. No epic journey. No touching story to tell. Just set your party members’ jobs, equip their weapons and armor, and fight other parties in the Battle Arena.
This is not a turn-based RPG. It uses an active time system where faster members act more often. The stronger your equipment, the heavier it becomes - slowing your speed and delaying your turns.
You can't leave the first dungeon. There's no leveling up. No login bonuses. No gacha for rare items. Just experiment with different job and equipment combinations, and see how many opponents you can defeat in the arena.
A retro 2D RPG with pixel art that recalls the 8-bit era.
During battle, you can choose a command by tapping the command button under each party member. If you do not tap, a command is selected automatically. The available commands vary depending on the member's job.
When all four allies reach 0 HP - or you retreat - your record of defeated enemies will be updated. You can flee from battle by tapping the menu icon in the upper-right corner.
You can set the tactics from the menu in the top right. For members who can heal allies, you can set the HP value at which they begin healing. Members who cannot restore allies HP cannot use this setting. Priest will constantly heal any party member whose HP is even slightly depleted.
Choose from 12 Jobs
Warrior High HP, attack, and defense, but low speed. Can only use physical attacks.
Martial Artist Well-balanced HP, attack, and defense, slightly lower than the Warrior. Fast and has a high chance of critical hits. Can only use physical attacks. Cannot equip weapons or shields.
Mage Casts powerful attack magic that damages all four enemies at once. Low HP, defense, and speed. Cannot perform physical attacks.
Priest Casts strong healing magic to restore allies' HP. Cannot deal damage to enemies.
Sage A hybrid of Mage and Priest. Can use both attack and healing magic, though weaker than either specialist.
Magic Knight A hybrid of Warrior and Mage. Can use both physical and attack magic, though slightly weaker than each original class.
Paladin A hybrid of Warrior and Priest. Can use both physical and healing magic, though slightly weaker than each original class.
Monk A hybrid of Martial Artist and Priest. Can use both physical and healing magic, though slightly weaker than either class. Slightly faster and has a somewhat higher critical hit rate. Cannot equip weapons or shields.
Hero A hybrid of Warrior, Mage, and Priest. Can use physical, attack, and healing magic, but all are slightly weaker than the original classes.
Thief Even faster than the Martial Artist, but with low HP, attack, and defense. Can equip weapons and shields.
Dark Knight Consumes its own HP instead of MP to deal damage to all four enemies at once. Cannot perform physical attacks.
Bard Gradually restores a small amount of HP or MP to all allies. Cannot deal damage to enemies.

Recently, retro pixel art 2D games reminiscent of the 8-bit era have become popular, but this RPG is truly old-school. It looks as nostalgic as if the NES or SNES era Dragon Quest (known as Dragon Warrior back then) or Final Fantasy had been ported directly. It is also nice that your four party members can walk in a line, just like in those classic games. This game is recommended for people who want to play an RPG again but feel hesitant about committing to a long story,
