I scheduled a ride from midtown to LGA a few days in advance. My driver arrived early, which was good for me because I'm an early person too. He drove safely and dropped me right at departures without any issues. I'd totally use this service again next time I'm in town.

Very disappointed of the service. I booked a ride. The driver never showed, and I am charged a "no show" fee of 9.80. I waited for 30 minutes and the whole time the driver was 15' away from the pickup point. I had to take a cab.

Before I downloaded these crooks I checked the price for the ride from location to destination. The price was $27 & ¢ I thought cool there cheaper than Lyft & Uber. So I downloaded the app put in my destination & then the price shot up to $40. 59. at first, I said hell no I'm not going to do that that's a lot more than Lyft and Uber, but Revel gave a 10% discount which should have come out to 30.59 which was yesterday morning. Today I looked at my account, and they charged me the full price!

Why is Revel demanding that after a trip to order to request another you have to tip the driver, shouldn't I have the option and not bullied to give one, caused after a trip it doesn't give that option you must tip in order to request another ride which shouldn't be. Awaiting your response to this issue?
