The app works great, once you learn its features and functions. I personally found it useful to utilize it through my tablet instead of my work phone. The externally open apps seemed to play a significant part in the RQ app crashing. Using a separate device reduced that efficiency issue. I also rated 5 ⭐️ because of the timely improvements made when issues are brought to the developers' attention. Oh, and I use it on Android and the App Store.

Latest update and still response delays, sluggish and slow. Using the app is like trying to run in a nightmare.

This App at one time was good, but it has never improved. Instead, it has gone the other direction. Getting slower a little each day, with App crashes happening more and more frequently. If I was not required to use this app to perform part of my workday I would have deleted this App for good long ago.
