★★★★★ The app is very easy to use, and it's very helpful with communicating with the professional helping me. The ability to build files using my phone's camera is huge.

★★★★★ Through Turbo tax. Still in process of an audit so can't say how good, but app and the people process behind Tax audit has been great so far.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Tried uploading a document, and it kept saying to wait for it to finish uploading. The document was very small and I have fast Wi-Fi. You're better off using the website instead of this app.

★★☆☆☆ Beware of fake 5 stars. These people count on the fact that many would never need any audit help. When really need help, they will throw a generic message just like IRS and never answer your question. Pay to a real CPA if you need help. don't waste money on these people. Turbo tax sells these products, so don't buy them. The audit service is also a joke, there is no human reviewing your tax file, just a software that goes over it.
