It would have been better to have the facility to pay online. Then people could send money sitting at home. For example, there is an online payment system for purchasing something online from Lazada, I know lazada is online shop. If there was an online repayment system, people would not be harassed. Please add online bank payment.

Bad experience with cancellations of which refunds are taking longer than 2 days than promised. MY manager finds excuses not to reply calls, emails and lots of red tape. Also, restrictions on max 10 transactions per month and if you exceed they will hold your payments and cancel it and make you wait a long time before they refund and longer than 2 working days as they promised. Also, payments require clearing by email with questions. Switched to Western Union as online service is easy and better
