We ordered food through the app and received the order confirmation text which stated the food would arrive in 45 mins. We waited for over an hour and there was no sign of the delivery. We rang the number on the app and received an engaged tone. I checked their Facebook page and the online website and confirmed the correct telephone number. We rang from our landline and mobiles. The delivery turned up nearly TWO hours later, and they were told we had just ordered food from another place. The delivery girl was very nice about the whole situation. We explained to her that we had tried to ring multiple times with no answer. However, someone from the restaurant should have contacted us about the order instead of sending the young woman to our door with a VERY delayed order.
