Service was excellent, driver pleasant but focused on what he was doing. Dropped off at grocery store and was told to call when I was ready. Driver was leaving from somewhere in Sanford that wasn't mentioned, so I finally went back to Publix to wait in shopping cart area where it was cooler. Had he mentioned his location I would have immediately gone back inside? Overall a good experience one I plan to use more in the future.

Update the same exact problems the male drivers are missing a brain can't read road signs and most go completely off gps and then take 10x longer while having attitude

You can't tell people that the ride is coming in 8 minutes. Then go. Back to driver has 3 stops then 1 then next then back to 2. I understand it's free, and I don't mind waiting. But you can't disrespect people by changing the time like that over and over

I've been canceled on twice in the span of almost an hour, and the wait times for drivers or even being assigned a driver can be absolutely ridiculous. The only grace is that the route I use is $1.50 each way. This is by no means a viable substitute for the buses. Seminole County, put the Lynx buses back.
