Service was excellent, driver pleasant but focused on what he was doing. Dropped off at grocery store and was told to call when I was ready. Driver was leaving from somewhere in Sanford that wasn't mentioned, so I finally went back to Publix to wait in shopping cart area where it was cooler. Had he mentioned his location I would have immediately gone back inside? Overall a good experience one I plan to use more in the future.

Takes forever to get a ride with me having been pushed back in the queue several times. Unprofessional drivers. Unfortunately this is obviously more about trying to profit off of something like uber without the same features or thought put into it. Totally unreliable. One driver tried to tell me the bus was less reliable in Seminole County, but I've had loads of better experiences with the bus than this app. I'll be using Uber instead even though its double the price sheerly due to this.

I've been canceled on twice in the span of almost an hour, and the wait times for drivers or even being assigned a driver can be absolutely ridiculous. The only grace is that the route I use is $1.50 each way. This is by no means a viable substitute for the buses. Seminole County, put the Lynx buses back.

It's telling me to update the app but the app store says it up to date. So brick of an app today.
