Service was excellent, driver pleasant but focused on what he was doing. Dropped off at grocery store and was told to call when I was ready. Driver was leaving from somewhere in Sanford that wasn't mentioned, so I finally went back to Publix to wait in shopping cart area where it was cooler. Had he mentioned his location I would have immediately gone back inside? Overall a good experience one I plan to use more in the future.

Ordered the ride at 6:30am and at 7:35am It's still saying 15 mins away. Mind you im only traveling 3 miles. I updated the now it's blocking the screen saying to update again. It won't let me see where the ride is. going to end up calling a lyft. Worst ride service ever

I've been canceled on twice in the span of almost an hour, and the wait times for drivers or even being assigned a driver can be absolutely ridiculous. The only grace is that the route I use is $1.50 each way. This is by no means a viable substitute for the buses. Seminole County, put the Lynx buses back.
