I've been using the app for a month after I stumbled on their Instagram page. The rates of the rides are good for me and so far the lady drivers have been professional and helpful especially when I need to reschedule my return ride home from work coz I work graveyard shifts sometimes... I definitely appreciate this app coz It's for only women, so I feel more comfortable with my regular driver! Thank you so much ms Yogi and ms Ash and thank you Riding Pink!

No driver around to accept ride... Maybe an abandoned apps even though customer service does respond via watapps.

The app kept saying Could not save to database when I tried to book an advance ride. I installed, uninstalled, topped up wallet. Nothing worked. I reached out via email, WhatsApp and Instagram message but NO reply. What is the use of offering this service but zero customer service and an app that doesn't work? I'm using the latest Android 15 phone. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated.
