Worst service.they don't have a dedicated customer care and there system don't work properly. One time by mistake my recharge got over, and they have automatically switch off my meter and after quick recharge also, it took them more than 3 hours to switch on meter. Didn't recommend, also reading capture is also inconsistent.

Worst app interface. Old app was lot better than the new one. There are a lot of options which were there in old app but are missing in new one. In the old one we were able to track consumption hourwise, day wise, month wise and month wise. But in new app all these are not easy to get. First of all this is updating consumption on daily basis. Support team is hopeless.

Poor support and no response. There is no tracking for even 5–6 days. They don't even respond for days. They will tell you the technician will come but no one will visit. New apps have more new problems.

Uninstalled the app of Ripple via which our society was making gas pipeline payments and downloaded this app. Hope our entire society is making payments to the correct people as no information was shared via Ripple.
