Horrible would not use. Did the free trial canceled my subscription same day did not like the app not professional. You could only contact customer support within the app by text on the number they provide for you. They confirmed my cancelation but charged my credit card anyway. Then I tried to contact support again to find out why my credit card was charged and the app said I had to reactivate my account to speak to support. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this service.

The app won't let me log in. I reached out to support from my PC a month ago with the error code, and I wasn't provided with a solution. Now, after a month of not thinking about it, I'm being charged. I have reached out to support again to reiterate that the app hasn't worked for me, and I haven't logged in online in a month. I haven't heard back. I can't erase my card or cancel my account from the web version, and I still can't log into the app for the same error code "10:"
