I am not a fan of the new bank system they have with River mark. They change the app compatibility on my tablet for the app meaning I can only sign in to check my bank on my tablet on the web URL now that's annoying I miss using the app on my tablet. My phone is still compatible with their new app system though. *update*9/26/25 I just got a check from my insurance and their app sucks with depositing checks. I've tried scanning my check 4 times and still get an error that quality is bad.

Decent app, fairly easy to navigate. It's hard to differentiate between different checking accounts. I have two, names are very similar. I wish there was an option to "nickname" the accounts in the app to make it easier to tell what is what at a glance.

Since river mark merger went through and updated the app the overall experience managing my finances has become needlessly annoying. Constant pop-ups to accept offers or turn on services that I have to repeatedly tell it I do not want under any circumstance. Sometimes it'll do this multiple times in one session of transferring money. Also the app can't figure out how to remember my dang device, so I have to constantly verify my device when I swap between my account and my shared account.

Cloudflare broken More than half of the time, this app is unusable due to the Cloudflare check failing. I've tried clearing the app cache and switching between mobile data and wi-fi with no success. River mark should either dump Cloudflare or tell them to fix their service. No, I don't want to use biometrics. When login credentials are leaked (and it probably is just a matter of time), a would-be identity thief can use biometric data anywhere, but a password specific to River mark is a lot less valuable. River mark should be encouraging good password hygiene, and planning for eventual data breaches.

Requiring to sign up for a credit score service to log in and pay your bills... "you can opt out, but the opt-out system doesn't work right now. Just give them unrestricted access to your information now, and you can opt out later." I'm paraphrasing the conversation. No information or policy is provided on the 3rd party company's except the name Not cool dill weeds
