Decent app, fairly easy to navigate. It's hard to differentiate between different checking accounts. I have two, names are very similar. I wish there was an option to "nickname" the accounts in the app to make it easier to tell what is what at a glance.

Cloudflare broken More than half of the time, this app is unusable due to the Cloudflare check failing. I've tried clearing the app cache and switching between mobile data and wi-fi with no success. River mark should either dump Cloudflare or tell them to fix their service. No, I don't want to use biometrics. When login credentials are leaked (and it probably is just a matter of time), a would-be identity thief can use biometric data anywhere, but a password specific to River mark is a lot less valuable. River mark should be encouraging good password hygiene, and planning for eventual data breaches.

How do you guys consistently make this app worse with every update? The pre-merger app was great, it was fast responsive and had a clean ui. this new one is absolutely frustrating and just keeps getting worse. It's slow as molasses constantly wants 2fa. "Oh, you logged in! Awesome here is a redirect to a webpage to login"

Worst app ever. Not to mention River mark CU is terrible in general, one of the worst credit unions I've been. I was with advantage before it got bought out by RMCU and have had nothing but absolute problems with this app. Freezes up stops you name it, locks me out. I closed my account after the 4 lock out, I'm done. Uninstall
