Solid app for a great little bank. A couple of things to note. The app is down a bit more often than u would like. And when it's down your not sure if it's them or maybe you because it doesn't tell you why it's not working. Also, I was out and about and needed to know my account number, and it is nowhere to be found on the app. I didn't have a statement with me, so I had to go home and call the place later when I should have been able to complete my business while I was there. Great bank tho!

When in operation this app is very convenient, and easy to use, when it is down can be very frustrating, we are not being told it is down, we are told our password won't be except hase thinking I am doing something wrong.

Update 4/19/21 If anything this app is now even MORE useless. Months now of reporting the SAME issue. Does not recognize restrictive endorsement. New stamp, blank background, perfect signature. Nothing. Might as well not even have it except to check balance. NOT convenient is an understatement. Update 4/2017 STILL having issues with this app, bank blames my phone, phone company blames the app.

Worst banking experience of my life. 22 days since I opened my account and I still don't have a debit card. Tried to transfer funds to another account, had to jump through a bunch of hoops and then finally got a phone call to verify it yesterday, and they said they would push it through, of course I woke up this morning, and it's still not there. This will be the shortest time I've held an account at a bank. It's over.
