Back when I had first had this, it was bugged up on me and couldn't use it, but that was a couple of years ago. I decided to trust it again and that problem seems to have been fixed, it's quick and easy and this bank has always done what they could for me. So even if the app didn't work, Star has always treated me right! But the app works now and I'm happier

Too Much Maintenance Every time I turn around the app is down for maintenance. There's no reason for it to be down this much other than you guys can't get your act together. You also always seem to do it on a Thursday night into a Friday morning, when most people get paid. Then we can't get on the app in the morning to make sure the paycheck went it. Why can't you do it on a different day? I guess you don't care because it doesn't affect you directly.

This app is trash... God forbid you work 2nd shift and need to check your account after...error loading account... consistently...it seems like maintenance is always being performed.....STAR It's 2024, get with the times ffs!

Everything about Star bank app is broken. Annoys you to death requesting you use new features. Has a pinn function that rarely works. Have to call support to reset your passcode often. What a waste of time.

The app was working good now it won't let me log in I tried logging out then logging back in and deleting the app and redownloading it and still won't let me log back in FIX IT NOW.
