The app works perfectly for using it as a key and seeing useful information about the car. I wish all car brands apps were this useful and intuitive

Getting better, but still need to open app daily for Phone as Key feature, although Bluetooth music connects without intervention. Please change widget lock/unlock buttons to be a single toggle, so all 5 button options (e.g., vent) can fit. And move Vent Windows function under Climate. Needs charge Amp control within app.

I have a couple apps for different cars to use my phone as key and so far Rivian is the best It's haven't had any issues just walk up to car, and it's ready for you app itself is easy to use so far all is good

The charger station in Breeze wood PA is sometimes on the map, sometimes not. Not a clear user journey for non-Rivian vehicle charging.

The app shows other charging networks but seems to have trouble showing rivian chargers. When I called support they couldn't help because I don't own a rivian truck. Fine but don't have ABRP take me to rivian chargers if I can't activate them.

The digital key doesn't work with my Pixel 10 Pro XL. I've tried to troubleshoot, but honestly Rivian should give owners of vehicles costing >$100k a dang key fob. The app should give you additional functionality, NOT take away core functionality (like opening your car and being able to drive it). Crazy.
