I’m using a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra with Android 17 / One UI 9.0, and the Riyadh Bank app keeps showing “Rooted Device Detected” and closing. The phone has never been rooted or modified, Play Protect shows it as certified, and Samsung status is Official. Please check the app’s compatibility with Android 17 / One UI 9.0, as this seems to be a false detection.

App is so Bad. New beneficiary are Active to 24 hour. Not transering to Local Account and not an E Commerce transaction. I go to tha Bank Branch 4,5 times but not resolving my issue. Each time I want to use the stupid app. Then, luckily, it allows me to use the app. Wallah, I feel so lucky whenever I manage to use this app. Update July 2026 Unfortunately due to alot of problems in your app. I have decided to move my salary from your bank to another bank. The app is not working on my s26 Ultra.

Terrible Experience, Genuinely. Upon paying for groceries I get an SMS that tells me that I need to log out from Digital Channels, I open the app, and I'm already logged out, and the SMS insists that I should log out. I logged back in then logged out, and I kept getting this message, I was not able to pay for my groceries, my transactions kept getting rejected because this terrible app still thinks I'm logged into my account. Which I'm not. — I'm switching to another banking app.
