★★★★★ Finally the latest update is here!! Smooth app to use and access all footage on all 3 partitions. Customer service was really professional and provided step by step assistance over the phone. Highly recommend their service. Call them on 18000DASHCAM very friendly team!!!

★★☆☆☆ App never works always freezes I can't even get any footage of the unit

★★☆☆☆ Incredibly frustrating to use. The car has to be running to connect. It's a very slow process to view each file. Downloading is individual files one at a time. Someone ransacked the car last night and there's no recording. It's basically useless for the purpose it was designed. Road eye 350 installed in a new Range Rover Sport in 2019. Had to take it back four times because it wasn't working and the drain on the car's two batteries is so great I've had to buy a battery charger for when parked. :(

★★☆☆☆ 2021 and the app is still useless, $1200 installed by Toyota and still no instructions available, wish I didn't waste my money on your product
