User Interface easy to use, especially when you don't have a credit card, EFS, Com check, and just use a bank card and still works, I am hoping this spreads to other companies who have lumper services on-site and makes a driver day work so much lighter.

Ever since the update pre-Nov. 5th the app has not worked on my phone causing money wasting delays paying lumpers. I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled dozens of times with the same result. Says my phone is compatible (OS 7 or better) yet it still fails to install correctly for me to access my account using phone number than entering a text code. Very concerned because my boss' credit information is in their system, yet I can't access it to pay the lumpers and be on my way. F- for this app.

First, I can't log in. It knows my number, but it still wants me to create a profile. When I try, it says a user has a profile with the number. Second, when I log in as a guest, and I get to the payment part, it asks for an expiration date for my Com data card. I never had a com data fuel card with an expiration date on it. It's a fleet fuel card.

The app is trash, but I need it to pay lumpers. Won't log in. Ask for phone or email, then password, Won't go forward from there. No option for forgotten pw. Just new problems for an already awful app.

Trying to add a signature to this app is a joke! You either get a box that moves all over the place as you sign or one that's so small that it's nearly impossible to add a signature to it.
