Worked fine to start charging, but just completely lost that it was charging halfway through and just no way at all to stop the charge. I eventually had to tell the car itself to break the connection. Also took about 20 mins for the invoice to come and the cost to update in the app... that's a bit slow, people like to know instantly how much the charge cost. So good app, just needs improving.

Worked fine the first time I used the app. When trying to look for charge points a second time however, after finishing and closing the app, it stayed on and kept the location service on. Thankfully Google/my phone notified me of this, but there was no way to turn off the apps location logging until I had to withdraw the location app permissions in my phone's settings! Poor - but only for this reason

First time and it took a while to get a payment card accepted on the system. After that it was plain sailing, and I was happy with the speed of charge and the ease of use.

App not working, as it does not allow going onto home page to enter the station charging code, uninstalled and installed still does not work. Extremely poorly

Yet another app, no rfid payment, no Google Pay integration, expensive charging, torch switches off when scanning charger code - not helpful in the pitch black. Charger did work fine, not always the case with public chargers.

Charging at Oswaldtwistle mills - charger fine with great speed (75kw on 100kw). It's the app, it doesn't show the progress. You have to stay with the car for two hours (presuming full charge)or risk an overstay fine. I will however change to 5 if this gets sorted. As said, it's the app not charger. Charger is 5 star
