I ported from a 2 degrees physical sim card to an eSIM which was fine but RCS chat detected the temporary number even after my number port, so I let them know, and they sent me a physical sim instead. Transferred my original ported number from eSIM to physical sim, and now I have no issues. The customer service was great, helpful, and I had no issues with them so not sure why people bag them?? I find their mobile app easy and functional, never had any issues... 👌👍🤙

After 4 days of no data, the rocket mobile customer support team quickly solved my problem and was able to finally connect. I'm fairly satisfied now, but I feel like I should not have to manually input APN. Other than that, there's no other problems with rocket mobile

My experience was initially poor with the app being buggy, but when I reached out to customer support, I had an amazing experience with quick and kind help. Since then, I have had a great experience. I'm on the starter plan, and there's been no lag issues I've been able to watch YouTube at 1440p. Also shout out to Yuna the best customer support rep I've ever seen she went above and beyond and checked in after the initial problem to make sure I was good. Unable to log in. Unable to cancel plan from the website either, it tells me to use the chat feature of the app to contact support. Sort it out.

Cant login with Google. When I click the button and select my account it just goes back to the first screen. If you click on sign up, you are locked into that screen now. Pressing back crashes the app, and restarting it takes you to the sign-up screen straight away. Fix your app
